Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your t-shirts, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here is our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

  1. Returns
  • We accept returns for any item within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received them.
  • The original tags and packaging should still be attached.
  • Sale items or customized products are not eligible for return.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@drapelet.com with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Please Note:

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

We are not responsible for any items lost during the return process unless tracked shipping is used.

  1. Refunds

 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • You receive a defective or damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Refunds are not issued for.
  • Customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered).
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window.
